First of all Stay motivated and believe in yourself during the weight loss journey. If you stay motivated and have believe in yourself you'll probably see results of your hardwork.
So motivation is the key to succeed in your goals.
2. Drink plenty of water:
Drink more water because water is responsible for all mechanisms occuring in our bodies. Water also have a role on digestion. Water helps in burning the calories. Infact our bodies contains 70% of water of our total volume. Stay hydrated and you'll see probably better results.
